We are building a world-class phosphorus chemicals platform in the Royal Commission Yanbu Industrial Zone, Saudi Arabia, focused on producing essential phosphorus products and derivatives for global downstream industries. Our planned portfolio includes Yellow Phosphorus, Phosphorus Trichloride, Phosphorous Acid, and high-purity Phosphoric Acid — critical building blocks for applications spanning agriculture, food processing, water treatment, flame retardants, specialty industrial chemistry, and semiconductor-related uses.

Dharmesh Mangwani
Managing Director
A seasoned business leader and the former CEO & Director of Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., where he transformed the company into one of the world’s leading manufacturers of phosphonates, achieving annual revenues of US $250 million by 2023. He also led significant international acquisitions, including Lubrizol’s PChem facility and Unique Solutions for Chemical Industries (USCI) Jeddah from the AKWA Group.
He currently serves as the Chairman & Director at Delval Flow Controls, a global valve manufacturer with operations in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. In addition to this he is the Managing Director at Skyline Chemical, an emerging speciality ester manufacturer in the U.S.
Naresh Saggam
CEO
An Industrial and Mechanical Engineer with over 43 years of leadership experience across engineering, chemicals, electronics, powder coatings, and IT. He has held senior roles including CEO, President, COO, and SBU Head, with a strong track record in operations, restructuring, and growth.
He previously served as Principal – Operational Restructuring at Tata Capital Private Equity, where he turned around three stressed companies and delivered successful investor exits. He also served as COO of Aquapharm Chemicals, leading manufacturing, supply chain, business development, HR, and project execution, including investments that doubled production capacity. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Marpol Pvt. Ltd. and Thermax Ltd., where he drove organizational transformation, capacity expansion, and operational excellence.
Tushar Mangwani
Joint Managing Director
A business leader and Director at Phoscalor Chemicals LLP, where he drives strategy, growth, and investment across a portfolio of chemical manufacturing ventures. He brings strong capabilities in underwriting, techno-economic analysis, and translating complex technical and commercial inputs into clear, execution-ready business plans. In parallel, he serves as Director at the Mangwani Family Office, where he is responsible for end-to-end portfolio management.
He began his career at Aquapharm Chemicals, a global leader in phosphonates, where he drove operational efficiency, digital transformation and automation, and supply chain resilience. He improved plant performance across India and USA operations by reducing batch cycle times through the implementation of Six Sigma and SPC methodologies. During the Red Sea supply chain crisis, he led global logistics and planning as SCM Head, ensuring 85%+ on-time delivery to key customers while optimizing inventory levels and minimizing logistics costs.
